Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Miami Girls has no control over these charges, nor can Miami Girls predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Although our affiliate offices are located in major cities within North America (U.S. & Canada), some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.


These items are shipped in less than 7 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


How Do You Ship Packages?

Packages from our warehouse in the USA will be shipped by either USPS First Class, DHL Smartmail Parcels Expedited or RR Donnelley IPA Service depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our UK warehouse will be shipped via Royal Mail.

How Do I Create An Account?

Once you are on our site, check the top right hand corner of the site or at the footer and you will see my account over there. Click on it to create your free account or you can click HERE to create an account.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

If you want to change your shipping address after placing an order, Please message us at eric_bonilla@msn.com within 1 hour after placing the order. Once the order has entered into production and processed or shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

How Do I Track The Status Of My Order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order and tracking info becomes available, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track My Order Page” by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Will You Keep My Credit Card Details On File?

No, we don’t store your Credit Cards info. Once an order is placed and your payment is processed, your Credit Cards are not stored on our Server.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

We do not charge any sales tax on any of our products. You only pay for the costs of the item and no sales tax will be charged.

Do You Ship To My Country?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Will My Items Come In One Package?

What About Customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country.

How Long Does Shipping Takes To Arrive?

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.



What Are Your Returns Policy?

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not happy for any reason, email your request to eric_bonilla@msn.com and return your item within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.

What Do I Do If I Entered A Wrong Shipping Address?

Can I Change Or Cancel An Order After I've Submitted It?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and only if the order has not been sent to production or processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care Team (within 1 hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

How Long Can Items Be Stored For In My Shopping Bag?

The shopping bag your account is linked to will retain its contents up to 30 days. This applies to all customers.

An Item I Added To My Shopping Bag Was Sold Out.

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

Do You Restock Items That Are Sold Out?

Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. However you can vote for the out of stock item to be restocked. To review all of your tracked items, simply log in and go to your account. Check the Notify In Stock section to see which of the items have been restocked and brought back to our online store for purchase.
